Voltomni (Shefali Modi, sole proprietor, Ahmedabad, Gujarat) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use voltomni.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone.
• Order data: delivery and billing addresses, items purchased, and a GSTIN if you choose to give one.
• Uploaded 3D files for quoting and printing.
• Payment status from our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store full card or bank details.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only with your consent.

Sharing

With our payment gateway, courier partners and email providers, only what they need to do their job. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Indian law (currently up to 8 years). Uploaded print files are deleted 90 days after the job is completed unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data (subject to legal retention), withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
