These terms apply to everything you buy or order on voltomni.com: electronics and robotics components, 3D printed kits, the custom 3D printing service and digital services.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. Many components are sourced from Indian distributors after you order; the dispatch time shown on each product includes this.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Indian rupees. We are not registered under GST (our turnover is below the registration threshold), so no GST is charged and the prices shown are final. For now, physical products are delivered within Gujarat only; digital services are available to customers anywhere.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

5. Custom 3D printing

Instant quotes are estimates generated from your file. We review every job before printing and may contact you to adjust orientation, supports or price, or to cancel with a full refund. You confirm you have the right to have the uploaded design printed.

6. Digital services

Scope, milestones and deliverables for website, app and design work are defined in the package description or in a written proposal. Hosting subscriptions renew each period until cancelled.

7. Open-source designs

Some kits are printed parts for open-source designs. We credit the original authors and comply with their licences. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those authors unless stated.

8. Returns and refunds

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
