Shipping policy

Delivery area

For now, physical products are delivered only to addresses in Gujarat. Custom 3D printing orders are delivered within Gujarat as well. Digital services (websites, apps, design, hosting) are available to customers anywhere. We plan to deliver across India and worldwide later.

Dispatch times

• Components: usually 4–6 business days, as many are sourced from Indian distributors after you order. The time is shown on each product.
• Printed kits and custom prints: made to order, typically 3–7 business days before dispatch (shown on each product).

Shipping charges

Charges depend on weight and destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll receive the courier and tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also track any order at /track.

Lost or damaged parcels
